Announcement on Adjusting the Lending Rate of ROO

In order to ensure the liquidity and utilization of funds, the following adjustments will be made to the ROO pool:

1. Adjust the calculation method of fund utilization rate and borrowing interest rate:

1) When the fund utilization rate is within 0–50%, the borrowing interest rate varies linearly from 0%-20%;

2) When the fund utilization rate is within 50%-70%, the borrowing interest rate varies linearly from 20%-50%;

3) When the fund utilization rate is within 70%-100%, the borrowing interest rate varies linearly from 50%-320%;

4) When the fund utilization rate reaches 100%, the borrowing interest rate increases to 500%.

2. The mining output ratio of deposits and loans of the ROO pool is adjusted to 50%: 50%.

The above adjustments will take effect on 20:00, 23 August, 2021 (SGT).
